Dr. Jordynn (Jaye) Marcum

Dr. Jordynn (Jaye) Marcum is a new veterinarian at Spoon River Animal Clinic. Dr. Marcum grew up in Gibson City, IL showing livestock in 4-H and FFA and working at the local veterinary clinic. She earned her Bachelor’s of Animal Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri. Her areas of interest include large animal medicine, preventative care, ophthalmology, and dentistry.

Dr. Marcum lives with her cat, Argo, and her blue healer, Gus. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, painting, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family.
