I can’t say enough about this clinic, staff and doctors. They are so efficient and respectful of the customers time but take no shortcuts with their care. I’m a nurse and thought my dog had a lipoma and the vet agreed but complimented me on bringing her in to validate. I didn’t expect her to biopsy but she did because she knew I needed confirmation. It was benign and I seriously felt heart and was in and out before my scheduled appointment. We have had to call them after hours before for advice and they returned our calls in a timely manner. Thank you

I love Dr Sarah and the care she gives my babies!! She is professional, friendly and very caring. I also love the caring and professional service from everyone else at Spoon River Animal Clinic, from Dr Hahn and Angie to the Techs and the Front Desk Staff. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

Dr. Marcum is wonderful with Cooper, he trusts her 💯 she was very good when I had to put to sleep my other fur baby!!! All around 10+ to the entire staff. I will gladly drive to 50 minutes for this kind of service! Thank you all!! Dr. Marcum you are amazing!!!♥️

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Phipps for a wellness check and to update vaccinations for my cat. My first impression was that the ladies at the counter were super friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and clean and they have a sweet clinic cat that came to say hello. We were taken to our room quickly; the entire appointment from check in to payment receipt only took about 20 minutes. We were very happy with our care and service!

Dr Marcum was wonderful with my Pomeranian. She explained everything that was going on with my dog, treatments he would need and answered all my questions. She is very kind and caring and my dog was very comfortable with her. I would recommend Dr Marcum and Spoon River Animal Clinic to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vet the entire staff is caring and helpful. You know that you are getting the best care possible for your pet.
