I can’t say enough about this clinic, staff and doctors. They are so efficient and respectful of the customers time but take no shortcuts with their care. I’m a nurse and thought my dog had a lipoma and the vet agreed but complimented me on bringing her in to validate. I didn’t expect her to biopsy but she did because she knew I needed confirmation. It was benign and I seriously felt heart and was in and out before my scheduled appointment. We have had to call them after hours before for advice and they returned our calls in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Phipps for a wellness check and to update vaccinations for my cat. My first impression was that the ladies at the counter were super friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and clean and they have a sweet clinic cat that came to say hello. We were taken to our room quickly; the entire appointment from check in to payment receipt only took about 20 minutes. We were very happy with our care and service!
